- E-mail or SMS is the best way to contact us. But please do not spam us, citing CANSPAM Act and other nonsense!
- We do not answer calls from numbers starting with 140 (allocated to telemarketing firms by TRAI) or where caller's number is hidden or obscured.
- If you are our web hosting client facing an urgent issue, you are entitled to call us on our hosting support number anytime, even on weekends and holidays, before opening a support ticket using our ticketing system.
- We do not have any open positions currently.
Payments
Web Hosting Payment and Renewal Policy:
- Full payment in advance before we set up your hosting account or purchase your domains.
- Late payment fee of 5% of invoice amount would be charged if payment is not done within 7 days after the due date.
- Hosting account will be suspended if payment is not received within 10 days after the due date.
- Hosting account will be terminated if payment is not received within 30 days after the due date. We would not be having your account information, e-mails or web site content after this time.
Training Services Payment Policy:
- Full payment to be paid in advance before the course starts.
- We do not offer any demo classes as they do not serve any purpose whatsoever.
